Can I leave any time? Yes, it's like a gym membership. You get access to everything for as long as you are a paying member.
Will membership fees increase? No, the price you join at stays the same for as long as you are a member. If you cancel and rejoin, you rejoin at the current membership rate.

Do I have to attend calls live? No, you can watch back the replays any time that suits you.

Is there 1-2-1 training? You can ask live questions on drop-in zoom sessions. You can also get discounted 1-2-1 training if you'd like even more support.

I don't have much time - is it right for me? To help your dog, consistency will help, but it doesn't mean training for hours. Little & often works best.

Are there any cancellation fees? No you can cancel any time.

How does online training work compared to face-to-face classes? Online training often works better than taking your puppy to classes as there are fewer distractions around.

What if I have more than 1 dog? The membership is for your household. So multiple dogs, partners & adult children are all included.
