As a participant of Pup Fest 2024 you agree:

1. Not to violate the privacy of any other speaker, participant or attendee.
2. To respect the confidential information of any speaker, participant or attendee that they share in the course of Pup Fest 2024.
3. Not to infringe any programme participants or Pup Talk or Niki French Consultancy Ltd copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights.
4. Not to disclose information of a personal or business confidential nature.
5. That any materials provided to you remain the property of Pup Talk or Niki French Consultancy Ltd and may only be used by you as authorised by them.
6. That materials provided to you by Pup Talk or Niki French Consultancy Ltd may not be reproduced, distributed or sold by you.
7. To act in a respectful manner at all times.

In return, Pup Talk or Niki French Consultancy Ltd agrees:

1. To provide you with access to the festival workshops, webinars and interview recordings learning materials via an online platform.
2. To respect your privacy and to treat confidential information appropriately.
3. To treat you with respect at all times.

By signing up to access the recordings from Pup Fest 2024 you agree to pay all due fees as one lump sum.

All payments are retained whether you choose to complete the programme or not, including:

• being asked to leave the programme due to improper behaviour; or
• asking to leave the programme early due to unforeseen circumstances.

You will not be eligible for a refund other than at the sole discretion of Pup Talk or Niki French Consultancy Ltd. Any refund which is provided will be less the cost of administration.
